About the Journal

The Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender, and Social Justice (“RGSJ”) is a journal of multi-disciplinary scholarship published by students at the University of Tennessee College of Law. Though still a relatively new journal, RGSJ is proving its tenacity, ranking tenth in journals discussing sexuality and the law in the 2014-2015 ExpressO Guide.

RGSJ focuses on a variety of social issues affecting the Tennessee and national legal community. Focusing on these areas, RGSJ allows scholars, practitioners, and students to improve race, gender, and social relations through scholarly works by fostering research and providing a publication that strives toward the pursuit of social justice.

Issues of RGSJ are available in electronic format on http://trace.tennessee.edu/rgsj.
